Meet Our Directors

Learn more about the individuals who have lead the charge in producing Broadway excellence.

Merle Stutzman

Mr. Stutzman is the man who started it all! He brought Broadway excellence to Connellsville in 1970. Mr. Stutzman continues to be an inspiration and continues to support the musical program. In 2020, a foundation was established in his honor. He directed 35 shows until his retirement in 2005.

Henry Molinaro

Mr. Molinaro directed 9 shows from 2006-2014. He was a student of Mr. Stutzman and continued his standard of excellence during his tenure as director. Sadly, Mr. Molinaro passed in 2015, but his legacy and impact lives on in our program.

Michelle Harbaugh

Mrs. Harbaugh has served as director and producer of the CAHS Musical program since 2015. She has an extensive background in vocal and musical performance, something she is passionate about and loves sharing with her students.

What Makes Us Special

For over 50 years, we’ve been providing our community with world class entertainment through musical theater. Many of our alumni have gone on to pursue theater professionally.

When you come to one of our shows, you feel as if you ben transported to a theater on Broadway. We may be biased but, our shows are much better!
